San Rafael Village ushers in the autumn equinox by offering our members and volunteers
some fantastic programs and informational classes, opportunities for creating social connection, and the support system that older adults need to remain independent and active in their own homes and neighborhoods.

Mondays, September 4,11,18,25      10:00AM         Qi Gong Class

351 Paloma Avenue, San Rafael

Long time Qi Gong teacher and SRV member Louisa Yee is teaching free weekly classes in her home.  Contact Louisa at louisayee9@gmail.com or 415-295-7522

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO START THE WEEK! Louisa Yee is an expert certified teacher of Qi Gong.  It is easy – you can do it standing or sitting as it gently engages every joint and muscle. The class is held outdoors on Louisa’s courtyard where there is always a refreshing breeze. This FREE class is one of the benefits of membership in San Rafael Village.  Try it!

An afternoon gathering at the home of SRV member/volunteer Rhea Wolkowitz. All invited. Members and volunteers are encouraged to bring a guest to meet the friendly folks of our village.

Weather permitting, we will be on the patio, overlooking the golf course. The Range Café has a friendly, welcoming, informal atmosphere. We held a very successful San Rafael Village mixer there not too long ago. Please bring a friend to introduce to our group of friendly, interesting villagers.
